WORKING WITH LASER TEMPLATE FILES (.DXF)
A new feature we are excited to roll out. Laser templating is increasingly becoming common practice in our trade. We hope to contribute to this wonderful automation by automating the last stretch of the operation: making the .dxf files ready for CNC programming.
The following page will go over how to use the feature. This feature allows you to do the following:
Download a .pdf drawing of the uploaded .dxf file.
Delete certain lines and shapes of certain layers.
Redraw unjoined (not connected) shapes as one closed shape under a '0' layer
We aim to make the EDIT section of this app to be as dynamic as our CAD section. Over the time we plan to incorporate more capabilities to edit the file you're working with.
