Creating Part Labels
How to create QR code sticker labels
This section will go over the steps to creating qr code label for parts. This is ideal for countertops with more than 2 parts. Useful for streamlining fabrication instruction per room. Managing parts and quick assembly onsite for your team or contractor installing.
Best Practice:
The individual parts are CNC ready meaning: '0' layer and a closed/joined polyline.
Not required but useful for quickly identifying the overall dimensions and seeing how the parts come together; snap the parts together and layout dimensions of each part.
What 2cm does:
Counts the number of parts in the file, automatically labeling each part alphabetically.
Saves a picture of the file with documentation to the cloud.
Creates label including a QR code that's linked to the picture and the file documentation
